This powerful sealing technique is designed to completely scramble the target's chakra pathways and pattern. In other words, the target will have a very hard time using Chakra as long as the seal lasts. For the duration of this technique, the target will suffer a -6 penalty to its jutsu (they add 6 to their chakra costs), as well as being completely unaffected by Medical type Ninjutsu techniques of any Rank lower than 10. This seal can be dispelled by using the same technique over the same target and succeeding a level check (DC equal to the technique's saving throw.) This technique uses a seal slot on the subject's body.
