The far more known, and incidentally much less damaging, lower-ranked counterpart to
Goukakyuu no Jutsu has the user spit out a ball of flame in a small line. Any creature
caught in the area of effect suffers 10 points of fire damage that can be halved with a
successful Dex save. The line cannot extend farther than 20 feet.
